Ordered a pair of diving goggles and a few hours later found out another family member had already bought them as a gift. Tried calling: no answer. Wrote an email and asked if it was possible to cancel the order, to which I received a reply that it had now been cancelled. Cut to the next day when I get a notification that my package is ready for collection and no longer get a reply to my email about what they want me to do. The money has been withdrawn. Now leave the package and be sent back and am excited to see what happens next. This is also stated in an email, but without a response from Watery.
