How it works – from start to delivery

Step 1: Join as a Watery reseller
Register to access prices, full assortment, and live stock data.
Fill out the form on the Become a reseller page - also found in the header menu.

Step 2: Get aprroved
Once you’ve submitted your form, our team will review your application and verify your business details.
We carefully check all submissions and approve new partners within 48 hours.

Step 3: Plan your order
After approval, you’ll gain full access to your Watery B2B account.
Here you can create multiple user profiles for your team, so everyone can log in and manage orders easily.
Inside the platform, you’ll also find data-driven insights - including what other retailers are selling the most, bestseller overviews for your customer segment, and transparent pricing with margin calculations - helping you buy with confidence.

Step 4: Create and manage your order
Place your order directly on b2b.watery.com - either by uploading a file to the cart or by browsing and adding products manually.
You can also generate a shareable cart link to review the order with colleagues before confirming.
In your cart, you’ll see your selected shipping method, payment terms, and current discount tier - giving you full transparency before checkout.

Step 5: Fast and reliable delivery
Once your order is placed, it’s packed and shipped from our warehouse the same day.
You can expect next-day delivery in Denmark and within 2–5 days across Europe.
All order confirmations, invoices, and tracking details are stored in your B2B account and automatically sent by email to the main contact on your account, ensuring everyone stays informed from dispatch to delivery.

Step 6: Reorder and grow
Easily reorder from your previous purchases or explore new opportunities through the dedicated sections in your B2B account - including New products, Just back in stock, Top list / Bestsellers, Last chance discounts, and Your missing products.
With these pages, you can quickly find your current bestsellers, discover new high-performing products, and keep your assortment fresh.
