Watery was founded in 2016 by competitive swimmer Daniel Johannesen. What started as a small project in a basement quickly turned into a clear vision: to create better access to swimming and watersports equipment through a webshop with the right assortment, strong service, and fast fulfillment. Over the years, that vision has grown into Scandinavia’s largest B2C webshop in the category, now trusted by more than 150,000 customers every year.

Behind that growth is our team of more than 45 dedicated employees. From product specialists and former athletes who design and test our Watery line, to logistics experts who ensure that thousands of orders leave our warehouse every week, and a customer service crew that helps swimmers daily until late in the evening – everyone plays a role in making Watery run. Our culture is built on collaboration, ambition, and a shared passion for the water, which reflects in everything we do.

With this foundation, we are now opening a new chapter: B2B. While this step is new for us, it is backed by everything we have already proven in B2C – the ability to scale operations, manage a focused product range, and deliver reliable customer experiences.
