1. Take out one earplug at a time and place it in one hand

4. Press on the earplug with a finger so it spreads out and conforms to the inner contours of the ear
   
5. After that, let it sit for 5 seconds, and then it is ready to use

1. Never push the earplug into the ear canal, as it can break off silicone residue that is difficult to remove and can lead to infections
   
2. Never tear, break, or stretch the earplugs, as this will ruin their functionality
   
3. Avoid contact between the earplugs and lubricants, solvents, or other chemicals - including soap, as this destroys the properties of the earplugs
   
4. Do not put earplugs in your mouth, as this poses a choking hazard
   
5. Never use dirty earplugs or if there are foreign bodies in the silicone, as this can lead to ear infections
   
6. Not recommended for use by kids under 3 years due to small parts and the risk of choking
   
7. If you experience irritation, redness, and warmth around the ear and ear canal when using the earplugs, remove them immediately
