We take the risk on inventory
We do not work with pre-orders. Instead, we bring products in to test whether they sell well in your swim shop. If they do not, we take the risk. No questions asked.
If certain products do not sell as expected, you can simply return them. We have other customers who can take over the stock.
You just submit your return via our platform and send the products back to us. Once we receive the goods, we issue a credit note. No dialogue or approval process required.
A fixed 10% handling fee is deducted when using this service.
In return, you never risk being stuck with excess inventory.

Returns for credit are always available and are not limited by time or order size.

Return shipping is not included. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment back to us.
Credit is issued only for products that are received in sellable condition.
