Price match at Watery

We WANT to be your preferred supplier of swimwear, swim gear, and swim goggles. That's why we offer you a price match on ALL items throughout our range.

This means that if you find a product (that we also carry) on a competing website at a lower price than ours, we will match that price. This way, you get the absolute lowest price along with all the other benefits you receive at watery.dk.

To ensure a fair comparison when using the price match, these simple requirements must be met before a price guarantee can apply:

  • You have a screenshot or other documentation (link) of the price where the item can be purchased and the date of the offer's validity
  • Your inquiry is made before ordering the specific item
  • The item must be in stock at both Watery.dk and the corresponding webshop
  • The item must be exactly the same; manufacturer, colour, size, etc.
  • The price should be for a single unit of the item (not 2 for X amount)
  • The item at the other webshop must also be subject to Danish rules for warranty, consumer protection, customs, and VAT. This means it must be a Danish online webshop with inventory in Denmark
  • Price match applies to items that are genuinely available and not during offers such as queue offers, opening offers, limited quantity offers, or bundled offers at the corresponding webshop. Also, it does not apply to offers that require any form of membership, such as buying clubs, etc.

To use this price match, you need to contact us and get the price difference as a discount before placing your order. So, only order after receiving a confirmation with a discount code from us via email.

How do I get a price match?

If you find a product that we have on watery.dk cheaper at a competing webshop, you should email support@watery.dk with the subject line “Price Match + Product.” In this email, attach the screenshot of the product from the other webshop and indicate where the product can be found at a lower price. We will then verify the specified webshop and the product for the above points, and if they are met, we will email you back with the exclusive discount code so you can get the price difference as a discount, thereby matching the price.

Price match requests are processed within 1-3 business days.
