Ordered 12 days ago and haven't received it yet - how satisfied am I?

I am very dissatisfied with the service and delivery. Goods ordered on October 8th. hasn't arrived yet (10/30) and they are brave enough to ask me for review. I'm very disappointed especially because the goods were intended for my little swimmer, now we've already bought everything elsewhere because she was the only one who still didn't have fins or a pool boy. So it's hardly worth ordering here, even if the price is temptingly low, you don't get the goods and end up paying twice as much... oh well
