A swimmer's best friend (besides the water bottle) is an anti-fog spray (15 ml). With a spritz or two in your swim goggles, you can avoid foggy and greasy goggles for a long time to come with this anti-fog spray. Quite liberating actually.

Swimming with greasy and foggy goggles is probably one of the worst and most annoying things for a swimmer. Not only does it take your focus away from just swimming fast because you can't see more than a meter ahead, but you also start to feel pretty stuffy if your goggles start to fog up. This is exactly why so many swimmers use anti-fog sprays to avoid these frustrating moments.

How to use the anti-fog spray?

  1. Two sprays on each lens.
  2. Move your goggles in circular motions so that the liquid covers both lenses completely.
  3. Quickly wash off your goggles with water.

Enough for about 500 training sessions
This spray contains approx. 50 sprays, and each spray can keep your goggles free of fog and grease for about 10 training sessions.

Avoid running your fingers on the lenses of your goggles
Once you've applied and sprayed the anti-fog spray into the lens of your goggles, don't run it around with your finger. Just let it settle for a few minutes and then just put them on.

Safe anti fog spray

I have received the contents list of the anti-fog spray. I then consulted my ophthalmologist as I am being treated for glaucoma. She stated that I could safely use the anti-fog spray, but of course must avoid the spray liquid getting directly into the eye. The spray works perfectly.
